Monkey Barrel Comedy is situated in the heart of Edinburgh's Old Town, bringing you the best acts in the best rooms at the Fringe. 5 Edinburgh Comedy Award nominees since 2017. Scotland’s Best Venue 2020 Chortle Awards. Three time Scottish Comedy Awards winner. #1 in Edinburgh for Concerts & Shows on TripAdvisor.
The Studio is located on Niddry Street, between the Royal Mile and Cowgate and can be easily accessed by Bus and Taxi from South Bridge or by foot from either Cowgate or the High Street. Please note, The Studio is accessed via a couple of steps and as with many rooms in the Old Town is not access friendly. Please see the shows we have in MB1, which is at ground level, and let us know in advance if you have any access requirements.
