The stage that welcomes you all, no matter where you are on your fitness journey.
Assemble your team of 4 Athletes who will come together to demonstrate their all-round fitness capabilities across 4 workouts focused around the key pillars of strength, speed, power and endurance.

CrossFit Barbaric is situated on Tokenspire Business Park.
Enter the site via the main gates, take the first left and head straight down and park in the overflow car park across from the grassed area. Once parked follow the yellow footpath down by the side of Alexander Ellis, continue following the yellow marked foot path until you reach the court yard and you will see the CrossFit Barbaric Sign.
