Magdalen Farm
Have you wondered what you are going to do for a living?
Are you interested in working on a farm, with animals or in a garden vegetable
Many young people don't get the opportunity to try their hand at farm skills. You can find it tricky to get the right experience, or just to have a go and see whether you like it.
Out and about on Magdalen Farm, we're going to spend the day caring for goats, pigs and chickens, feeding them, checking their water and changing their bedding. You will learn all about keeping them healthy.
We will also do some jobs in the gardens, harvesting fruit and tasting the produce right from the plant!
We will give you a delicious lunch to say thank you for your work.
Children must be accompanied by parents / carers / drivers who can stay on site and drink tea
