Ukrainian mezzo-soprano Kseniia Nikolaieva is currently a member of the prestigious Jette Parker Young Artists Programme at the Royal Opera House, where in the 2021-22 season she performed as Suzuki in Madama Butterfly, Giovanna in Rigoletto, Annina in La Traviata and Emilia in Otello. British conductor Edmund Whitehead who was also a Jette Parker Young Artist Conductor and Repetiteur, during which he assisted and was mentored by Sir Antonio Pappano. This concert will feature a wide variety of music representing the national styles of Germany, Italy and Spain.
