"Animals and Wildlife"   On this visit you will get a chance to learn more about all creatures great and small on our animals and wildlife day!
In the morning we will meet our farm animals and complete day to day jobs to help with their care.
After lunch we will explore and discover some of the farm’s wildlife by going on a minibeast hunt and completing wildlife themed challenges and crafts.

Our activity days and overnight breaks are a really great opportunity for families with a child or young person (under 20yrs) with a learning difficulty or physical disability. Families will enjoy fun farm and nature based activities whilst socialising and creating friendships with other families.

Thanks to support from The National Lottery Community Fund, families are eligible for 1 day visit and 1 overnight visit every 6 months.

On-site we have 3 all-terrain wheelchairs (bookable in advance) to help those less able to get around the farm along with a dedicated "Changing place" (please bring your own hoist if required).

We do have a small number of bursary assisted places available.  Please call 01460 30144 for further information on eligibility.

Activity Information

We will tailor the event to suit the needs of the individuals in the group so it is important you let us know in advance of any requirements you and your family may have.

Full details will be sent to you in advance of your visit.

Catering

Lunch will be a jacket potato with a range of fillings to choose from.  A snack will be provided and drinks available throughout the day.
