PLEASE PREPARE TWO SHORT AUDITION SPEECHES, EACH LASTING NO LONGER THAN TWO MINUTES:
- ONE CLASSICAL SPEECH (SHAKESPEARE OR SIMILAR ELIZABETHAN-ERA WRITER)
- ONE CONTEMPORARY SPEECH
Applicants will be expected to perform their chosen monologues to the Fourth Monkey panel and prepare to be re-directed for at least one of their chosen speeches.
Taking place over the course of a full day, your Fourth Monkey audition, also tests your performance of text, your vocal and physical ability and your individual drive to train professionally through workshops in Act. Make. Move. Collaborate.
You will also have numerous opportunities to speak with staff, students and alumni about Fourth Monkey and our training to ensure it is the right environment for you.
