Tickets

Tickets are required for anyone attending this event. Once purchased, tickets cannot be resold.  Reselling a ticket makes it void and the ticketholder may be refused entry.

Refunds will be at the sole discretion of Victoria Rifles and are not guaranteed. Refund or exchange must be requested from the Lodge Secretary and can only be claimed by the person who made the booking. Any refund will only cover the face value of the ticket(s).

Attendance

For security reasons, bags may be searched as a condition of entry.

It is against the law to smoke in Freemasons’ Hall.

Food and drink may not be brought into the building unless with specific prior approval from the Grand Secretary.

Mobile phones and other electronic devices are distracting to other attendees. Please ensure that they are switched off or at least in silent mode.

The use of any cameras, audio and video equipment must be preauthorised prior to any event.

Purchase of a ticket means you consent to filming, photography and sound recording that may include you as an attendee and its use in commercial distribution without payment or copyright.

Victoria Rifles Lodge reserves the right to refuse admission for any reason.

Important information

Freemasons' Hall accepts no responsibility for any personal property brought to any event.

CCTV is in operation on the premises for the purposes of crime prevention and detection.
