A free, 2-hour, Audition Monologues Workshop that will focus on how to find freedom and truth in audition monologues. Please bring a contemporary or classical monologue (as off book as possible), and you will have the opportunity to work alongside a member of our panel team, and our practitioners, to find a more impulsive and in the moment performance. The session will have both group and solo work, and will also afford you the opportunity to ask questions in a Q&A. The session is open to everyone but is especially helpful for:
- Anyone who is looking to audition, or is currently auditioning, for drama school
- Professional performers who are looking to improve their audition monologue technique
- Anyone who is interested in finding out more about the training and opportunities at Fourth Monkey
- Anyone with a passion for acting who is looking to work with new techniques and physical embodiment
This Taster Workshop will take place on Thursday 26 January, 19:30 - 21:30.
