This is CrossFit Pendle's annual Only The Brave competition. The format will be same sex pairs with scaled and RX categories to choose from:
Saturday 29th April 2023: SCALED.
Sunday 30th April 2023: RX.
Each day will start at approx 8:30 am and finish at approx 5:00pm. Please follow our Facebook page to check the movement standards for both RX and scaled . More information will be posted nearer the time.
