Aspiring to Headship Twilights
The aims of the twilights are:
- To connect aspirant Headteachers to a local vision for strategic improvement, collaboration, peer review and system led leadership.
- To develop confidence and inspire a passion for leadership in Lincolnshire.
- To support the next generation of Lincolnshire’s Headteachers.
A blended model of learning, the sessions will include development planning, coaching, gap tasks, placement activities, reading and time for reflection.
