What you need to know

I vote you to come and check out Trealy Farm at its autumnal best.

I will be working alongside Ruth, the farm owner to welcome you to our first multi-day, invite-only Wild Spa. We’ll be spending two full days and two half days (arrive for welcome dinner Thursday, say goodbyes after Sunday lunch which will also be a birthday celebration for me) in the rustic splendour of nature on a hill just outside Monmouth.

The hillside, where there is a stone circle and fire pit, offers spectacular views to Bannau Brycheiniog (formerly known as Brecon Beacons), the Sugarloaf, The Skirrid and The Black Mountains.

The gardens offer a wonderful fresh water natural pool for swimming and an infrared sauna next to it.

We will also be awakening to wonderful breathwork sessions from Yael, Circle time for sharing, walking, talking, exploring, and celebrating. Ruth will be offering meditation with her horses.

Saturday night culminates in a full Hunters Moon at 21:24 and evenings will also feature music in the Pavilion.

Delicious and nutritious food will be cooked by Ruth (let us know any dietary requirements and preferences) and please bring what you’d like to drink.

Accommodation ranges from farmhouse rooms to cabins to basic caravans. You can use the bell tent or bring your own tent or camper van - check with Ruth for costs, which averages out around £50 per night.

We would share the other venue and admin costs between us and this would vary depending on the numbers. If we have ten guests, this will be around £180 per person including all food and venue costs. If we have an expected 14 attendees it will be around £160 pp.

Please let me know asap if you’d like to accept my invitation and I will look forward to sharing time with you at the end of October.

The Setting

Join us for a beautiful three-day sojourn where you can immerse yourself in a world of nature, connection and self-discovery at Trealy Farm.

Set in breath-taking Welsh natural landscape, Trealy Farm is a 138 acre organic mixed farm on a hillside with spectacular views towards the Black Mountains and Brecon Beacons. It’s a beautiful, wild and secluded setting, yet easily accessible, just off the M4, M5, and M50, with public transport links to Newport / Abergavenny, and onto London and the rest of the UK.

Get back to nature, connect with the land with a replenishing stay in a cosy and rustic retreat that’s perfect for small groups, situated in glorious peaceful Monmouthshire farm countryside, with a natural swimming pool, two saunas (one infra-red), an orchard and gardens next to the farmhouse, ancient woodland, stone circle, fire pit and magnificent vistas just a few minutes walk up the hill.
