Lick Me I’m Delicious (I know, but that’s their name… ) describe their work as “A World of delicious incredibleness, providing experimental food installations for fantastic events. From liquid nitrogen ice cream to edible mist, instant logopops or candyfloss whizzers. Yum time. Every time. “ Charlie has dreamed up a range of contraptions to make these confectionary goodies, and found a team of “Superlord Engineers” to help design and build them. He’s been described as a mix of Albert Einstein and Willy Wonka! Ice Cream Charlie will share his story from dreaming up the business to where it’s got to today. He’ll tell us about the triumphs and overcome the setbacks, the TV and media interest he’s had, and what it’s like to work with clients ranging from Audi to John Lewis, and Aardman to Coca Cola.
