Coming to TRAIN Manchester, on Sunday 23rd April 2017, in collaboration with Concept2. An event which will test all aspects of your rowing ability.

// The Workouts //

The teams at Concept2 and Train Manchester have worked together to devise a set of workouts which will test both your sprint and middle distance ability, along with your recovery!

You will complete three workouts within a one hour time-slot.

Your overall position will be determined from your performance across all three workouts!

// The Categories //

Athletes will be split by sex, weight and age. Standard indoor rowing weight classes will be used (athletes will be required to weigh in on the day):

Male: Open (over 75kg), Lightweight (under 75kg)
Female: Open (over 61.5kg), Lightweight (under 61.5kg)

There will be two age categories within each weight/gender class; under 40 and a Masters category for over 40.

Trophies and prizes will be awarded for the top 3 athletes in each category.
