Event description
The Sandwich 10k is back, and it's just got even better!!
This popular race returns and is now a Sporting Events UK event. We'll be working hard to make this event really great. With a revised route for 2017 the 10k starts on the edge of the ancient town of Sandwich and also uses the lanes around the village of Worth. For the first time the event will be officially measured by UK Athletics representatives.
As with all of our events we organise, we will be using the very latest electronic chip/transponder timing. The event is fully licensed and certified with all results being submitted to runbritain rankings and the Power of 10.
There are prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd male and female,1st male and female VET40, 50 and 60 and a team prize (three to score).
