The Great Scottish Walk 20k 11am

Walkers can do this competitively for cups and medals or use the walk to raise much needed funds for their favourite charity. Whether they do it on their own, with family, friends, with work mates or as one of the competing teams, it’ll be a great day out for all. The walk will take the participants through some of the most beautiful scenery of Edinburgh.

The Great Scottish Walk 10k 11.15am

Not competitive but mainly aimed at attracting the not so fit and fun walkers. All walkers receive a medal and a healthy goody bag

The Golden Mile Walks 12pm

Not wanting to or feel like walking the longer distances? Walk or Stroll 1, 2, or 3 miles you choose the distance! Take part in an event that will be fun and also a little bit of a challenge.

The Great Scottish Summer Runs 5k 0930am

Open to all seasoned runners, beginners or just runners who wish to run with friends and family. We shall have special prizes for 1st- 2nd- 3rd male & female runners. We will also chip record times and positions of all runners.

The Great Scottish Toddle 1pm

For children under six years of age, infants in buggies are also welcome. There will be lots of entertainment, medals, certificates and great goody bags for everyone.

The Great Scottish Tattie Run 1.30pm

A one mile endurance run, carrying a sack of tatties above your shoulders. Plus many other "tattie" themed races to suit all the family.
