Fish Masterclass and cooking with our wine

Hosted by the Goudhurst Inn team

 

Chef Bradley has worked at some of the best country pubs and hotels in the country. Joining  a young sous chef he now leads the kitchen under the supervision of our Italian executive Chef Fabio. This evening will instruct you through the basics of filleting and cooking fish. We will take you through steaming, poaching and pan frying three different sea foods. We also know that doughnuts are not fish but we thought you’d like to finish on something sweet.
