Terms and Conditions

Your use of this site is subject to the following terms and conditions.

“Tickets” on this site refers to the following: Tap 2 sell print at home paper tickets and “e-tickets” via the use of electronic hardware. All Tap 2 “e-tickets” are delivered on NFC smart card / mobile phone enabled hardware, allowing innovative fully integrated electronic services for access, payments, loyalty, car parking and more…..

On our terms and conditions “e-tickets” means a seat sale or access to an event.Print at home paper tickets will be provided for any event in all instances. If you receive a paper ticket please bring it tot he event with you as it will be authenticated at teh turnstile on entry. 

Once completed any “e-ticket” cannot be transferred to another person in any instance, exchanged or refunded unless the event is cancelled, moved to another date, or if details of the event are significantly changed after an order is placed (significant changes being a change of headline act - concerts only - venue or show time). Any change will be notified by the relevant event Management and any refund will be authorised and delivered by the event organiser.

When any purchased “e-ticket” is to be collected at the box office, we ask that the cardholder presents the credit / debit card that the “e-ticket” was booked on as identification. Any other forms of I.D. or letters of authorisation are taken at your own risk and may result in the “e-ticket” being withheld at the box office.

No duplicate smart card will be issued to replace a lost or stolen smart card unless proof of I.D is provided and a fee of £5.00 is paid.

Customers are advised to check and confirm their “e-ticket” upon receiving any receipt from Tap 2 or its club / venue clients.

Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the club, venue, promoter or performer for a variety of reasons. Venues may also be subject to change. As soon as notification of any change or amendment is made known the event / venue management will contact all customers by email or by text if it is urgent. If the show has been cancelled, you may be entitled to a face value refund of the “e-ticket” but the booking and transaction fees are non-refundable. If a show is rescheduled or moved to another venue, you are usually given the option of retaining your “e-ticket” for the new date/location, or claiming a face-value refund. The email will contain details on how to obtain this refund, or you can contact via the club / venue online contact form for more information. Please note, however, it is the customer's responsibility to check whether the event is going ahead at the scheduled date, time and venue, Tap 2 will not inform the customer of any changes to the event date, time or venue.

When requesting a refund due to cancellation or postponement, the club / venue need to be sent all documents to the club / venue address - LIberty Way, Nuneaton, Warwickshire. CV11 6RR.

In the event the club cannot be contacted please forward booking information via e-mail to: info@tap2.co.uk

In the event you need to contact the venue for any reason, we advise the use of secure mail when returning a request for a refund as the club cannot guarantee refunds without the receipt being returned to them. You should also include a copy of the email or letter if requested, or a covering note containing your order reference number and contact information. On receipt, Tap 2 will liaise with the Venue to refund the customer the face value of the “e-ticket” using the same method as used to purchase them.

Please note, if an event is cancelled or postponed, Tap 2 are not and cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by the customer for travel, accommodation or any other related service. Decisions to move or cancel events are not made by Tap 2, therefore we are not liable and will not offer compensation or refunds of any costs incurred.

Should the headline artist not appear or if the line up or content is substantially changed from the advertised line up or content (concerts only), then the event organiser will refund the face value of any “e-ticket”.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Tap 2 of any change of address, contact phone number or email address, both before and after receipt of the “e-ticket” via their on line account. Please note that our preferred method of contact for customers booking online is by email, so care should be taken to provide a current, valid email address at all times.

The right to admission to an event is reserved by the promoter / event / venue management, who may take health, safety, security and environmental concerns into account at their reasonable discretion, and may from time to time carry out security searches. Tap 2 advise customers that no refunds will be offered to customers who are refused entry or ejected from a venue on account of any of the above or following reasons such as late arrival, being (or appearing to be) under age*, declining to be searched, abusive, threatening, drunken or other antisocial behaviour (including smoking in no smoking areas), carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances, or making unauthorised audio, video or photographic recordings.

Events where an age restriction applies are clearly indicated during the booking process. Please ensure that you read all the information that applies to the event you are booking, and carry your “e-ticket” card at all times when attending the venue especially where proof of age is required or appropriate.

If it becomes impractical to post smart cards out, due to the proximity of an event or circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to make smart cards available for collection at the venue immediately prior to the event. Customers will be notified by email or in writing (using the details provided at the time of registration and ordering) if this becomes necessary.

By ordering you agree that the “e-ticket” is for the personal use of you and all others in your party have similar “e-tickets”, and will not be resold or transferred. Any resale or attempt to resell the “e-ticket” at a price higher than purchased will result in your orders being cancelled without prior notification and you will be banned from using our system again.

If a customer orders more than one “e-ticket” which is the maximum allowed, as indicated during the booking process, we reserve the right to cancel the order. The maximum applies per person/card/. Each “e-ticket” must be accompanied by a registered user / Membership number provided at the time of registration to our system. If booking more than one “e-ticket” then the person booking must have all relevant information, Name, Membership Number, D.O.B to hand of all other members in their party.

If any “e-ticket” receipt e-mailed, is dispatched and returned to Tap 2 as "addressee unknown", we reserve the right to cancel the order without any refund being made.

In order to prevent fraud and to protect both parties, you may be asked to provide additional information after your booking so that we can verify your purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel any “e-ticket” that after further investigation we deem to be possibly of a fraudulent nature. These checks may include, but not be limited to, a request to be provided with an original credit or debit card statement, attempts to contact a customer by telephone, reference to records to check for other fraudulent activity at an address or an e-mail address that is wrong or not in use or fraudulent.

We will not share your personal information for marketing or any other purposes without your consent unless where required by law.

If you have registered your interest with Tap 2 and/or any of our associated companies, and thereby given your consent, you may be contacted with relevant promotions, offers or information that you have expressed an interest in or that might be of interest to you. We will always respect your privacy and any personal communication between you and ourselves. We will always comply with any data protection legislation currently in force.

Tap 2 cannot be held responsible for loss or theft of “e-ticket” receipts. Any e-mail request for a duplicate must be accompanied by a copy of the payment and a fee of £3:50 will be charged.

Tap 2 cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings at any venue or event.

Combined Ticket and Coach Packages: customers must board and travel on the coach and show their “e-ticket” to gain access to the event. Customers who do not board and travel on the coach are not guaranteed entry to the event as proof of travel will be checked electronically.

As part of the event and coach packages a receipt will be sent out to the booking customer in advance in the normal electronic way.

The coach “e-ticket” must be purchased in order to collect the event “e-ticket” for any package customers.

If a coach departure point or time is changed, the Coach operator will notify all travellers by phone, email or text (using the information given at the time of booking). Please note, however, that it is the customer’s responsibility to check that the journey is going ahead at the scheduled time and point.
