-gain positive behaviours around eating habits
-learn skills to stop craving in its tracks
-use EFT to clear emotional blocks holding you back and keeping you stuck
Somewhere along the way, some of us have become engulfed by too many thoughts about diets, getting slimmer, hating our bodies and losing our power over stopping reaching for food. When this happens, it can lead to further unhappiness and even obsessional or compulsive overeating. I have been through a massive journey seeking out a resolution out of the out of control. 'madness'. In this transformational workshop, I have gathered up the latest techniques and research to finally allow you to take back your power from food.
