We are delighted to be hosting a former London pastry chef who won several international awards for our 'Mother's Day afternoon tea experience' with tea from Master Tea Blender Alex Probyn.

Sandwiches

  • Egg Mayonnaise and watercress on white bread.
  • Scottish smoked salmon with cream fraiche on brown bread.
  • Chicken and sweet corn on brown bread.
  • Cucumber with cream cheese, Dill and chives on white bread.

Pastries

  • Green tea eclair
  • Fresh fruit tart
  • Garam masala chocolate with home made hazelnut praline passion fruit curd
  • Vanilla cream brulee with Rhubab comport.

Scones

Home made plain scones and sultana scones serve with

Devonshire clotted cream, strawberry jam

 Your tea (4 choices) which is part of your experience is blended by Master Tea Blender Alex Probyn, you can also add on at an additional cost a glass of English Sparkling wine from either Hush Heath or Chapel Down

If you have a large group why not hire our private dining room for 14 guests for £250 only 1 booking at 1pm and 3pm available.
