Orange, fennel, goats' curd and hazelnut on rye cracker canapé paired with Campfire Gin martini with orange peel garnish.
For dessert a vanilla panna cotta, physalis cake, physalis and grapefruit compote paired with a shot of Campfire Cask Aged Gin.
