Originally from Lincolnshire but now living in the southwest. I’ve always 

had a keen interest in food. Since leaving my last position as head chef at 2 

Michelin starred Whatley manor I’ve been hosting various popups across the 

country showcasing the skills and knowledge I’ve picked up throughout my 

career. The main focus of the popups is the food and produce, which is served in 

less formal and more relaxed setting. Having spent the past thirteen years 

developing my skills in some of the finest kitchens in the UK amongst which are 

two Michelin-starred restaurants: with Raymond Blanc at Le Manoir aux Quait

Saisons, Michel Roux Jnr at Le Gavroche, Philip Howard at The Square in Mayfair 

and lastly as head chef for Martin Burge at Whatley Manor where the restaurant 

also held four AA rosettes and was rated 8/10 in the good food guide placing 21st

in the country. Along the way I’ve picked up a wealth of knowledge and respect 

for the seasons and quality ingredients.
