Join us for a full day workshop on Patient and Public Information in your Library and Knowledge Service. By the end of the session attendees will have:

-    A better understanding of how LKS staff support the provision of patients and public with information and why we are the       right group to do it
-    Increased confidence in your role in patient and public information
-    Increased capabilities to deal with enquiries
-    Quick wins, straightforward actions and ideas for you to make an impact
 
The workshop is available for ALL staff.
 
We are asking participants to present a five minute slot showcasing some of the work you are already doing to support Patient and Public Information.

Please help yourself to hot beverages and water in the self-service area before the session starts and during breaks. Lunch will be served at 12:45.
