Tickets purchased are non refundable unless the event is cancelled by the Commonwork Trust (Bore Place). The event would only be cancelled as a result of factors outside the Trust's control.

Children must be accompanied by an adult. Guardians/Parents are fully responsible for their children throughout the event. 

Parking is provided on site. 

Ticket holders are responsible for their own health and safety on site and ensuring they do not do anything to affect others' health and safety; are not allowed on the Farm, or any areas beyond the buildings and gardens during the event. Bore Place is not responsible for any loss or damage to property belonging to ticket holders.

We have a no smoking policy in the Buildings of Bore Place. There are allocated areas for outside smoking at the front of reception and outside the buildings. Please ask a member of staff to guide you to the right area. 

Photography and social media - we may refer to the Barn Dance in our hard-copy publications and/or on various social media platforms e.g Twitter (@Boreplace) and our website (www.boreplace.org). We may also take photographs for own records for use in our publications and via different media. By purchasing a ticket you have given consent.
