10.00am-10.30am -  Arrival, refreshments and networking

10.30am – 11.45am - Knowledge Café – What makes a good library website?

11.45-12 comfort break

12 – 12.30 - Get a new skill in 30 minutes - Twitter for beginners

12.30 - 1.30pn #WEeoelibrarians discussion How can you demonstrate the impact of your social media/online activity? Impact is defined as "difference of change in an individual or group resulting from their contact with a library service". Tweet as you talk using #candocafe.

1.30 – 2pm Lunch (bring your own)

2pm– 3.15pm Share Your Stories

Bring your stories to share, anything that is working well in your service, or lessons learned when things haven't worked. Social media/website stories will be welcome, but please feel free to share your story on any topic.

Each presentation between 3-5 minutes with time allowed for questions and answers.

Prospective presenters allocated a spot on a first come, first served basis, approximately 6 spots are available.. Lurkers also welcome, but please come prepared to ask questions.

Don’t fancy travelling to Cambridge? Then organise your own local event – just do it!

All attendees will receive a Certificate of Attendance and will be asked to complete an evaluation form to help shape future Cafes.
