Welcome to the 15th edition of The Property Club in London.
This event is a combination of a networking event for professionals of the Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate, as well as private investors interested in properties in Uk and abroad. For this edition, we have introduced some changes, based on the feedback we have recently received.
The format is very informal, and there is no hard selling at all. We, the organisers, purely create the event and have no product or service to upsell.

This is the format of the evening.
7 pm to 8 pm. Each guest receives 1 token for 1 welcome drink. I personally recommend trying to come as early as possible, since this allows you to connect with many more people and also be much more "in the flow" over the course of the evening.
7 pm to 9.30pm. We have a reserved area for us and everybody is welcome to introduce himself/herself to the other guests. As mentioned above, what makes this event different, is that we let people naturally connect with each other and at the same time, the host(s) is available to anybody who is seeking a specific type of guests or product or service provider or potential client.
9.30pm onwards. Guests are welcome to continue networking and for sure many wills. You can also move to the other floor of the venue and unwind and relax. They have a great value menu of light food, not to mention the amazing cocktails.
Think property and think Tiki tiki islands and Hawai, all in one. We hold this event at Mahiki, the Club in Mayfair which is famous for the number of celebrities who have visited it in the past.With its Tiki décor, delicious fresh fruit cocktails and tropical flowers adorning every Honolulu Honey hair, a night out is set to be unique in every respect. Mahiki has also recently introduced a new menu with a large selection of Canapes, ranging from Makis to new Sushis, to Dumplings and Skewers. We have tried it and it is delicious!
We encourage guests to have fun and do business at the same time, and we have been there before and know it is possible.

There are 2 types of tickets.
1) Admittance or Standard ticket. This ticket allows you to take part in the event, and, as we mentioned earlier, if you arrive between 7 pm and 8 pm there is also 1 welcome drink for you
2) Exhibitor, Sponsor ticket. This ticket allows you to bring up to 3 guests along and have a dedicated table with your logo and marketing material on it. For more information, call Duccio on 07789 740193 or Iskra on 0757 757 1955
