The Winter Paired Throwdown is a 1-day same sex 2-person team competition hosted by Crossfit SA1.

On Sunday 19th November teams will compete in classic competitive fitness events. There will be 2 categories to enter - Male team or female team.

There will be 3 WODs per category and these will determine our overall finalists for each of our catagories. There will be 4 finalists!

More info will be sent out closer to the event including some WOD's the week leading up to the Throwdown.

This was a massive success in 2016 so let's make it even better this year! Watch out for the curve ball being thrown at you before the event begins!
