This is not a 'coached' session, but instead an opportunity to ride with your family and Summit Go-Ride friends. 

Parents/Guardians/Responsible Adults need to ride with their children and be responsible for them at all times. 

ALL riders will need to carry their own spare tube, tyre levers, pump, water and snacks for the ride, ideally in a small rucksack/Camelback-type bag. All riders MUST wear a helmet and gloves and knee pads are encouraged.

You will need a working MTB with treaded tyres to ride all the trails and these can also be hired on-site (we recommend booking in advance if you want to use them):

Meet outside the front doors of the Lookout Centre at 9.15am. Read to ride at 9.30am sharp. We aim to ride for 3 hours max. but this may depend on the day on ability groups and weather. 

Car Parking is charged at £4.00 per day. 

All our coaches are either qualified British Cycling L2 MTB coaches or are training to reach this qualification and are First Aid trained and fully DBS checked.
