Creating a great online experience for candidates and colleagues who will be accessing our new digital services is a top priority for the HR transformation. To help develop services that are engaging and easy to use from a candidate and colleague perspective, we are following an established digital design process.  The first step is called UX (User Experience).

These sessions will help the team design the way in which individuals will access the new HR Hub and its digital services.  You will contribute your insight into the ways in which individuals interact with HR & Payroll services – both within our team and across the university.
