I want this event to be a success for you, the other delegates and for me too. So please book only if you know you want come to learn, to participate and to spend the day working on your skills.

I will give you all I can on the day. If there's anyone being disruptive to the workshop, I might need to ask them to leave. And there won't be any refunds.

You can cancel or postpone your booking up to ten days before the event. If you can find someone else to cover your booking after that, then please get in touch and we can hopefully work something out.

Let's be grown ups and respect each other. If not, it might not work out for both of us.
