1. What ages should attend this event?

The event is aimed at 7-12 year olds but it is great fun and children (and parents) above and below these ages will enjoy it also. 

2. Who are Storyteller Club?

Storyteller Club is an organisation set-up to encourage entertaining education and encourage children to broaden their knowledge through enjoyment at live events.

3. Can I leave my child at the event unattended?

We do not offer any supervision of children during or after the event and require that under 12 year olds are accompanied by an adult. It is down to the discretion of the parent or guardian of children of 12 and over if they they are confident leaving them unattended.

4. Can I get food and drink at the event?

As well as tea, coffee and home made cakes, there will be a selection of hot dogs, popcorn and sugar free drinks available for sale at the event.

5. Do you offer concession tickets

All tickets are the same price unless you are an official registered carer who can receive a free ticket to accompany a ticket holder requiring care. To arrange this, please contact support@liveit.io

6. Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds on tickets that have been purchased. We do offer the chance to protect a booking during the purchase process meaning that under certain circumstances ticket buyers can get a full refund if they are unable to attend.

7. Can I record the event?

Whilst we are happy for photographs to be taken of the event, videoing or recording the event is prohibited.
