Terms and Conditions
I understand and agree that I have read and fully understood all the terms of the disclaimer set out below. I will confirm that a parent/ guardian will be required to sign a copy of the disclaimer on behalf of the child entered. I will also be required to sign a copy of the disclaimer if running with a child. I acknowledge the nature and potential hazards of my or my child’s participation in the Mini Mud Run obstacle course. If I am unwilling to accept the risks I should not take part in the event.  Anyone pregnant or with existing medical conditions should notify the event organiser prior to booking as liability will not be accepted

I agree that children under the age of 10 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.  Children under 6 years will require a 1:1 adult child ratio.  Please contact the organisers for further ratios

Adults are not permitted to run unless accompanied by children.  The organisers have the right to cancel tickets.  If the ratio of adults exceeds the children within their group each subsequent adult will be charged full price of £20 per adult

I agree to accept the terms of Military Fitness Circuits withdrawal policy which are that entries are not transferable to any other event and refunds will not be issued.  If amendments are required for bookings it is at the discretion of the event organisers and subject to £5 administration fee

Military Fitness Circuits reserves the right to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control and for safety reasons. Military Fitness Circuits will provide a full refund or transfer the place to another scheduled event, Should this Happen.
