Each tasting will last about 45minutes to an hour and give people a chance to talk to brewers in an informal, friendly exclusive venue. Choose from:

Wednesday 7pm: London Brewing Company- Come and find out how an American brewer has given his own twist to London beers. LBC, now based at the Bohemia, North Finchley, achieved silver & bronze in last year's Champion Beer of London, so this session promises to be a great way to kick off the tutored tastings.

Thursday 7pm: Twickenham Fine Ales - Founded in 2004, Twickenham has been at the forefront of the resurgence of breweries in London.  Using global hops from a early stage you will be able to taste a few beverages from their range of well hopped, award winning beers.

Friday 1.30pm: Hackney Brewery- Pete and Jon based set up their brewery in a couple of railway arches in Hackney (and now supported by brewer. Darren). This is an opportunity to meet some of the enthusiastic Eastenders and to taste a few of their tasty beers, which will be teamed with four tasty cheeses. A perfect lunchtime event.

Friday 4.30pm: Truman's Brewery - Originally established in 1666, a rebirth in 2010 brought this London brewery back to life to brew both trad and non trad brews. This will be a  very different (blind tasting) session to challenge your perceptions of beer styles. Whether a novice or beer expert it promises to be a lot of fun.

Friday 7pm: East London Brewing Company- The last tasting at the Festival and an opportunity to be educated in Traditional English Styles from the husband and wife run brewery in E10 and to find out why the Americans rate our British hops. A perfect way to relax and end the week.
