Beauty and the Beast Jr, 30th Anniversary

VENUE: Birmingham Symphony Hall 

PERFORMANCE START TIME: 6.00 pm

STUDENT NUMBERS: 35 Students (If This is a concern please call The Events Team to discuss).

ARRIVAL TIME: 9.15am 

PERFORMANCE:  1 section of the show (TBD) plus all massed choir pieces.

COSTS : £99.00 per student which includes the event, 3 tickets, t-shirt and a Souvenir Programme

Audition:

To audition for a place at Birmingham Symphony Hall you will need to provide:

• One piece of Musical Theatre submitted via wetransfer to fmanuel@stagecoach.co.uk
• Your Audition piece needs to be 3 minutes long showing your students singing, acting and dancing.
• The students in the video must be the students performing at Birmingham Symphony Hall on the 1st July 2018.

The deadline to audition is 18th December 2018. All entries after this date will not be considered. 

Should your school be successful you will receive an Event Sign-up Agreement and an Invoice for the deposit in January 2018 and once this is paid and returned your Event Pack will be issued containing further details. 

All Deposits are non-refundable and Non-transferable. 

Event Pack

Once your deposit has been paid an Event Pack containing the information you will need to put together all elements of your Showcase will be sent to you, via email. All we ask in return is that you meet the deadlines required. The deadlines are important to ensure our department can meet your expectations on the day of the Show.
