Learn formal and informal mindfulness practice. Find calm in the midst of a busy life. Tune in to yourself, with presence and curiosity.

Our classes create community through brief sharing during the opening circle and through the group experience of becoming more grounded during our gathering. Mindfulness creates harmony of the soul and reduces the impact of stress by stabilizing your attention on the present moment: the here and now. A regular mindfulness practice and meditation, creates lasting changes in your ability to weather the stresses and challenges of life.

Come wearing comfortable loose clothing, ready for walking and then sitting meditation. Following sitting meditation, I will present some tips, insights and readings to help infuse your life with more calm and awareness. We will then socialize over a cup of tea :)
