Looking for a fun way to help you get fit fast? Then grab your rope and start skipping. SkipFIT is a fast paced, exciting new class that is not only high-intensity cardio activity, but it will also help to tone you up all over, targeting shoulders, bottom, thighs and calves.
And it's a great way to burn calories - up to 600 calories in a 30 minute class.
Martial Arts & Fitness will be running a 6 week course to get you stronger and fitter for the New Year.
Course includes:- a structured introduction to skipping to help develop an understanding of how to skip, move, increase your stamina, coordination and endurance.
Whether you are a complete novice or a little bit more experienced. By the end of the course you will have basic skipping skills, but most of all, feel fitter, healthier more confident and better within yourself.
Course starts on the 3rd January and will run for 6 weeks every Wednesday 6:00 - 6:30pm..
Cost:- £20. Yes that’s it, that’s less than £3.50 per class.
