Please note that if you fail to successfully meet your payment plan deadlines (as outlined above) then you will not be entitled to a refund.

Payments will automatically be charged to your card on the dates specified above. If you do not have enough cash in your account, or if your payment is declined for any reason, you may lose your ticket and you will not receive a refund. We will send you a reminder two days before we take payment and you can update your payment details at any time.

You will receive your festival e-ticket once your final payment has been completed.
