Crossfit Regain are proud to host another Regionals Throwdown this year!

Taking place on the weekend of the Crossfit Games European Regional, we will be live streaming the games throughout the weekend.

Our scaled competition takes place on Saturday the 19th of May.

The comp is for teams of 4, comprising 2 males and 2 females. Please see information page for standards. 

Team Captains purchase a team ticket. 

The day will conclude with prize giving and then BBQ and beers.
