Saturday 12th May 2018 is a mixed pairs partner competition in the Scaled category.
Sunday 13th May 2018 is a mixed pairs partner competition in the Rx category.
Scaled standard requirements - Thrusters 30/20kg; DB snatch 15/10kg.
Rx standard requirements - single pull-ups; 40/30kg thrusters; 40/30kg OHS; box jumps 24/20"
