We are organising a charity throwdown at Crossfit JST, Wigan on 8th July 2018 in aid of MIND, the mental health charity and CALM, dedicated to preventing suicide, the single biggest killer of men under 45 in the UK. We will be selling tickets at £20.00 Same Sex Pairs with a limit of 30 teams....first come first served!  

On the day food will be provided by Try Nutrition and Hench Fuel, we will also have a raffle and cake stand. To end our fun filled day we will be having a barbeque with meat kindly donated by Englands butchers
