Guy describes himself as a Fitness Industry Revolution Consultant. He looks to question the status quo, help to facilitate change, and share and spread the word on member retention initiatives that work.
Guy spends his time defining retention policy, running interaction coaching workshops for staff, configuring member communication systems, and analysing data for clubs. His own personal goal is to make more people fitter, healthier and happier by getting them to stick around at your club.

Paul has spent the past 20 years helping commercial and sports organisations around the world to achieve customer & revenue growth by improving customer experiences.
The ‘secret’ to their success has been adopting an ‘outside-in’ perspective; seeing their world from the customers’ point of view. Maintaining this perspective is hard work, so Paul founded MyCustomerLens to speed up and simplify the process of creating actionable customer insights.
Adam Whitchurch (CustomerClever)
Adam has extensive blue chip retail experience in senior commercial roles across multiple disciplines notably for Boots the Chemist, Wilkinson Sword and as a Retail Consultant advising market-leading ‘high-street’ retailers in the UK & Ireland. He has also worked as a Retail Expert & Consultant in business Acceleration Company, Booming Industries, and has held numerous non-exec roles within the Public & Private leisure sectors and Education.
In 2012 Adam co-foundered Customer Clever, the UK’s leading facial recognition technology provider, which develops access and identification products for the leisure sector in particular, as well as the retail, hospitality, exhibition and office sectors. Alongside this, Adam owns a skin cancer analysis business, a vitamin based beauty drinks business and a golf course.
