Overview
This one day practical workshop is for teachers who wish to extend their knowledge and practice of teaching and preparing students for LAMDA Examinations.
Aim
To equip teachers with new ideas and strategies to deliver the LAMDA syllabuses with creativity and flair.
Objectives
The process of preparing for and succeeding in a LAMDA examination essentially helps students, whatever their ages or aspirations, to develop a broad range of skills that will serve them throughout life.
This workshop will help teachers with strategies to deliver the following for their students:
About LAMDA Examinations
Founded in 1861, London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA) is the oldest drama school in
the UK. They started to offer examinations in speech and drama to the public over 130 years ago.
Since then, they have developed a reputation for delivering excellence in the provision of
Communication, Performance and Musical Theatre examinations in the UK and are rapidly extending
their reach internationally.
This workshop will be held at Stagecoach Head Office, Elm Grove, Hersham Road, Walton-on-Thames KT12 1LZ
A light lunch will be provided.
