RACs must submitted and verified by the IV electronically on the portal before the event. You will be emailed and requested to confirm all of the Run IDs you are claiming for and the IV sampling plan by return of email.
Upon receipt of the sampling plan and RACs numbers, a sample of learners and units will be selected and you will be informed what is required to be sent for sampling.
Delegates may be transferred to other events by notifying AIM Awards a minimum of 5 working days prior to the original event. Please notify us either by post, telephone or email. Substitutions may be made at any time prior to the commencement of the course.
Cancellation /Changes to Events
AIM Awards reserve the right to alter any of the courses content. AIM Awards also reserve the right to cancel a course at any time without liability. In these circumstances, delegates will be offered an alternative date, a credit note or a full refund.
