A full charge will apply to all cancellations (except in exceptional circumstances). 

In the unlikely event of the Scifest having to cancel an event you will be informed via email and no charge will apply.

The ‘General Data Protection Regulation’ (GDPR) strengthens how we use personal data (including your data) and keep it safe, and will also strengthen individual’s rights over their own data.

Keystone uses a Third Party Data Processor for our booking system BookitBee and the information we gather from the system is related to each event you have booked on, including name and your email address. We retain this information in electronic form for the duration of our reporting and auditing period for the teaching school. If you pay for any event by debit or credit card, these details are processed by Bookitbee, not Keystone, and we do not gather the financial details.
