The Winter Paired Throwdown is a 1-day same sex 2-person team competition hosted by Crossfit SA1.

On Saturday 10th November teams will compete in classic competitive fitness events. There will be 2 categories to enter - Male RX, Female RX.

There will be 3 WODs for RX. These will determine overall finalists. There will be 4 finalists for RX.

More info will be sent out closer to the event including some WOD's the week leading up to the Throwdown.

This was a massive success in 2016 and 2017 so let's make it even better this year! There will not be any qualifying WOD’s this year. It’s all on the day!!
