Privacy policy

• Data will only be used for the purposes of sending relevant information about the event, including one follow up email after the event. You will be given the option to join my mailing list at the event. If you choose to do this you will be made aware of the terms of this at the time.
• I will not pass your data on to anyone else other than the ticketing website you are purchasing from (who have their own privacy policy) and the venue for fire and health and safety requirements on the day
• I will collect only the information you provide in this booking form, and will only use it for the puposes of the effective running of the event. 

Terms of the event

• This event is being run by Esther Nagle of Balance and Breathe. Any questions or concerns about the event are to be directed to me, not the venue provider. 
• The event is informational and practical, please come along with an open mind and willingness to take part, and wearing clothes you can comfortably move your body in. Your body and mind will thank you for it!
  
• Although you will be given lots of practical skills and knowledge in the event, I may also tell you about other services I can offer to support your organisation. You will be put under no pressure what so ever to make any purchase decisions during the event, merely given information.
• You can cancel your place at the event if you need to up to 3 days in advance of the event, but please note that I will deduct a 20% fee from your refund to cover any costs I will have already incurred in preparing for your attendance. You are also free to sell or pass your ticket on to someone else at cost price or less.
