A one-day competition designed purely for masters aged 35+ across the UK and Europe!! Our aim is to bring together a network of masters athletes by testing gymnastics & weightlifting skills along with conditioning and various other tests of your fitness!

BMC aims to recognise and help develop the talent in the sport of CrossFit in a safe, fun environment. Movement standards will always come first and the event organisers always encourage safe movement over intensity. The three to four WODs over the day are based on the masters athletes gaining experience in more technical movements and under the pressure of a competition environment.

RXd comp, all movements will be scale-able, so entry is open across all abilities.
