CONDITIONS OF BOOKING TICKETS
THE GREENAWAY PRO IS A NON-PROFIT EVENT. ALL PROCEEDS GO TO SPECIFICALLY CHOSEN CHARITIES.

Tickets for The Greenaway Pro are sold under the following conditions:
- Tickets purchased online directly from The Greenaway Pro are sent directly to you by email. They are individually bar coded and will be scanned on your arrival at the event. Once you receive your tickets, please check them carefully and call the ticket agency you booked them through if you have any queries.
- Tickets purchased for The Greenaway Pro 2013 can not be resold under any circumstances.
- The Greenaway Pro is an over 18 years event. Please be aware that we run a challenge 25 scheme that will be enforced. Accepted forms of ID are: Driving License and Passport.
- All tickets are non-refundable and non-replaceable. Defaced tickets/ detached stubs can not be accepted. We can not offer refunds on the basis of inclement weather. Lost tickets will not be replaced, so please keep them safe!
- Please note that only the ticket agencies listed on the tickets page are authorised to sell tickets for the Greenaway Pro. Please only buy from these agencies. If you do not, and end up with a fake/stolen ticket we can not allow you entrance to the event.
- The Festival reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance or for failure to comply with the reasonable requests of The Greenaway Pro.
- Under 18's will not be allowed admission.
- Tickets purchased through The Greenaway Pro website will be subject to a booking fee charge of £2 per paid ticket for Saturday 21st night and £1 per paid ticket for Friday 20th night for credit card/debit transactions.
- Tickets brought through other official Greenaway Pro outlets will be subject to their charges, please check with the store directly for details.
- No animals (except guide dogs) are allowed in to the event. This is the area encompassing the marquee arena and The Sandsifter and doesn’t include the campsite.
- No alcohol or glass will be permitted within the event. This is the area encompassing the marquee arena and The Sandsifter and doesn’t include the campsite.
- No open fires on campsite or in the event.
- The Greenaway Pro reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists, and to vary the advertised programme and timings without being liable to pay any compensation whatsoever.Photographic, video or audio reproduction of artists is prohibited.
- Ticket holders consent to inclusion in photographic, visual, video and audio promotion of The Greenaway Pro.
- Parking at The Greenaway Pro is subject to availability and we can not guaranty a subtable place to park a vehicle.
- Vehicles and their contents are parked at the owner’s risk. We do not accept any responsibility for losses or thefts of any kind of property anywhere on the site including, without limitation, from vehicles, caravans, tents, trailers and campervans.
