* I acknowledge that this Campus Tour is provided by External Relations who will endeavour to arrange a guided tour of the main University (Gilmorehill) campus. However I appreciate that a guide may not be available when I want to visit. In the unlikely event that a guide is not available, I am happy to receive a self-guided tour leaflet and information pack instead.

Why we need it
We are collecting your basic personal data such as your name and email address in order to contact you, if required, regarding your Campus Tour. We are collecting your country of residence for our own records. We will only collect data that we need in order to provide and oversee this service to you.

Your data will be retained by the University until the new academic cycle. After this time, data will be securely deleted.
