Spring '19 sees Sierra Lima CrossFit host a Same Sex Pairs Throwdown, giving you the chance to team up with a training buddy to showcase your combined fitness! The Throwdown is inclusive with all workouts scaled appropriately, presenting a challenge for athletes of all abilities.

Dates for the calendar:-
- Saturday 27th April - Female RX and Scaled Pairs
- Sunday 28th April - Male RX and Scaled Pairs
Scaled movement standard requirements (Female/Male):- 20/30kg Thrusters, 3/6kg Med Balls and 10/15kg Dumbbells
RX movement standard requirements (Female/Male):- Pull-ups, 40/60kg Snatch, and 15/22.5kg Dumbbells
* Workouts will be released prior to the Throwdown to ensure you are comfortable with the movements and weights *
