Good manners, respect and a sense of understanding are expected at all times. Single males play their part in making our festival the spectacle it is, bad attitudes and rude ways do not. Ill discipline will result in immediate removal from the festival, no refund and no re-admittance

By purchasing a ticket to this event you agree to the following terms and conditions

Privacy

·        By proceeding with this booking and purchasing of a ticket you confirm you are not affiliated to, or work for, any media, press or other communication medium that has NOT been granted prior written permission of entry by the effrenata festival management team

·        Any communications to the media will be considered a breach of privacy, the event organiser will take legal action

·        The use of mobile phone cameras, camera/video recorders on devices or other photographic or video recording equipment is NOT permitted in ANY of the public areas or marquees

Security

·         You agree to not disclose the location of this event to anyone else other than the person(s) you are attending with/other ticket holders. Exact location of the event will be emailed to all ticket holders 48 hours before the event

·         On entry to the festival you will be presented with a wristband. This must be worn at all times, failure to show the festival management team a valid secure wristband, attached to your wrist, will result in you being escorted from the festival site without delay. Wristbands will NOT be reissued under ANY circumstance

Social Responsibility

·         Within your allocated camping pitch you’re asked to collect and bag all rubbish in the refuse bags provided by the festival management team

·         To dispose of all waste in the waste disposal points onsite

·         Before leaving the festival you agree to collecting ALL litter, rubbish and waste from your allocated camping pitch and dispose of it in the waste disposal points onsite

·         To keep noise – including music – to a minimum during ‘down hours’

·         Barbecues are permitted at the festival. Please burn safely, off the grass and dispose of all waste accordingly

·         Effrenata operates a Zero Tolerance on illegal substances. Anyone found to be in possession will be asked to leave the festival, no refund, no re-admittance

·         Any festival goers heavily intoxicated and/or causing a nuisance will be asked to leave the festival, no refund, no re-admittance

·         Glassware is NOT permitted anywhere on the festival site. Please bring plastic cups/glassware otherwise they will be on sale at the festival

General

·         Entry to the festival is permitted from 12.00 Thursday 10th September, 2015

·         All festival goers must have departed the festival and camping fields no later than 12.00 Monday 14th September, 2015

·         If you’re purchasing a Couples Tickets both parties of the couple must enter the festival together

·         If you are purchasing a Day Pass effrenata will contact once your order has been received. You will need to specify which day you would like to attend the festival, there are daily limits for Day Pass, days are sold on a first come, first served basis. We will give you an immediate and full refund if the date you requested is no longer available

·         You are asked to leave toilets and showers as you would wish to find them. Facilities are cleaned throughout the day by the festival management team

·         Vehicles, tents and personal belongings are left entirely at the owners risk. The festival management team can not take any responsibility for items left anywhere on the festival site

·         Smoking is not permitted in the Jacuzzi Village, marquees, showers or toilets

·         Tickets are non-refundable. Ticket insurance is available from our booking partner BookItBee (the website your ticket will be purchased through)
